Houses
Carmel adopts a house system to prepare students to participate in healthy competitions, teamwork and collaboration. The four houses are named after Gandhi, Aurobindo, Tagore and Vivekananda. The houses are differentiated by the color of their uniforms. Regular intra-house competition in arts, crafts, sports, science, math etc. are conducted. Each house has a captain and vice captain who leads the team.
